Austin Vintage Style Fest May 11-13!
The bi-annual Austin Vintage Style Fest is coming up soon, May 11-13! This event is billed as “The South by Southwest of Vintage Clothing,” and includes free drinks/food, discounts, music, and much more. Vintage stores throughout Austin (including Blue Velvet, of course, and our very own North Loop District) are participating, as well as “pop-up” stores by out-of-town and online vendors. Photoshoot Benefit Raises Money and Awareness for SafePlace
Take a look at these great photos from the “Summer of ’69,” benefit for SafePlace, which was held at The Belmont. The event featured a photo booth with late ’60s fashions from Blue Velvet and was a big success and lots of fun–all for a great cause!
Creating Vintage Zombies
